Safeguarding and Protecting the People We Serve

At Little Lights CIC, safeguarding is fundamental to everything we do.

We believe that every child, young person and vulnerable adult has the right to feel safe, respected, valued and protected from harm. Our organisation is committed to creating environments where individuals can participate confidently in our programmes, activities and events without fear of abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination.

As a community-focused organisation working with children, young people, families and vulnerable individuals across Birmingham, we recognise our responsibility to actively promote safeguarding and wellbeing in all aspects of our work.
